Raw-data redistribution, white-label, or OEM?

Reselling raw data, exposing substantially equivalent datasets through an API, sublicensing, and white-label or OEM distribution require a separate written data license. Commercial does not automatically include these rights. Contact us about data licensing.

Business and Commercial are arranged directly with us and activated under a written agreement. Sending an inquiry does not activate a license or start billing. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes and any separately required third-party permissions are confirmed before purchase.

Licensing expands permitted use of available data. Before purchase, we confirm supported data, historical availability, operating limits, authorized users, billing, and activation in writing. These plans do not automatically add endpoints, higher rate limits, user seats, every expiration, complete history, guaranteed point-in-time integrity, or an uptime commitment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does a personal script or trading bot require Business?

Individual plans are for one person’s own trading and research. Premium includes personal API workflows: notebooks, scripts, trading bots, custom charts, and storage reasonably needed for that research. Automation alone does not require Business.

When does storing data require Business?

Systematically collecting records to reconstruct a substitute VannaCharm dataset or maintain a platform data warehouse requires Business, even for a solo researcher. Saving data for a particular personal analysis is different from continuously building a replacement historical or live database.

Does a lifetime purchase include business data rights?

Starter and Premium lifetime options remain available for a one-time payment. For new purchases, lifetime or Trader Bundle access provides individual product access; it does not include Business, Commercial, redistribution, or OEM rights. Business and Commercial have no lifetime offer.

Does Business include more endpoints or guaranteed historical coverage?

Licensing expands permitted use of available data. Before purchase, we confirm supported data, historical availability, operating limits, authorized users, billing, and activation in writing. These plans do not automatically add endpoints, higher rate limits, user seats, every expiration, complete history, guaranteed point-in-time integrity, or an uptime commitment.

Can I share a screenshot?

Individuals may share occasional attributed, noncommercial screenshots or small excerpts for discussion. This does not permit recurring data feeds, reconstructable datasets, paid groups, or customer-facing products. Those uses require the appropriate written license.

What happens to stored Business data after cancellation?

When a Business license expires or terminates, ingestion and operational use stop. Underlying stored data must be deleted within 30 days, except records required by law. Independent, non-reconstructive research results may be retained; required legal records may not be used operationally.

What's the difference between open interest based data and real-time broker feed?

Open interest based data gives you exposure calculations based on the total outstanding contracts, updated throughout the day based on spot (underlying price) changes. Real-time broker feed provides live options order flow as trades happen, giving you immediate insights into market sentiment and unusual activity.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period.

What markets do you cover?

We have data on nearly all optionable symbols in the U.S. equity and ETF markets.

How accurate is your gamma/vanna/charm data?

Our calculations use the same greek exposure calculations tabulated in books, calculators, and other exposure tools across the web.
