## Context & Trades

We opened in a moderately positive gamma area, and we said that the market may make an attempt to hit the prior day's VPOC in the upper distribution of Friday's profile. We did get an initial reaction, which unfortunately came back to our break-even stop, which was a scratch. We then attempted the secondary gamma unwind short below the one minute opening range but got stopped out for a full loss of 50p. (We noted that we could have cut this one short as soon as 1 min OR low was re-bid). We then reshorted a second attempt at the one-minute breakout low. Finally, heavy offers came on the tape and this short ultimately paid rather quickly for about 65 points.

Of important note - our original analysis of fading this secondary positive gamma zone and targeting the 600 gamma wall was ultimate correct and would have payed for over 200p+!

## Trade Taken Off Stream

Full disclosure, and mentioned in the [Discord](https://discord.gg/FWusPMhgqd) as well, the final trade in this post was technically not in the stream - it was a long off the max 600 strike gamma wall was NOT included in the live stream, but here is a picture of it:

![600 strike gamma wall bounce](/images/live/2026-02-23-600-gamma-wall-bounce-long.png)

This was taken about 2 hours after the stream ended - and ending a net 65p on the day.

Overall a wild session. See you on the next one!
